Money problems? Put a pass on hold, but don't stop the countdown of days til expiry.
Pass on Hold Function - From Customers layout - click on Pass
When editing the Pass, it is now possible to put a pass on hold, and then when it is brought back into active use, not add any days to the pass. This would be done in situations of NSF cheques, bad credit etc.
Click on Take Pass Off Hold
Option available to Extend the Pass
Extend the pass for medical reasons, but not financial reasons.
