PassTracker - How to Run the 'Who is Here Now' Report
"Who's Here Now?" Report tells you who has scanned in for today or for this session (batch intake).
Accessing the Who is Here Now Report
(1) Click on the Who is Here Now? Report from the main Customers Tab. This report is also available from the Reports menu.
Who is Here Now? Report Window
This report is a summary of what is available on the main Scanner screen. It is just that it is viewable up close and from the Staff computer.
(1) You can also 'drill down' into the customer record to see more detail, including their pass photo for identity verification.
'Drill Down' Window
This gives a view of current and past passes held by this customer, their photo and some other details.
