PassTracker - How to Run Customer Pass Activity Reports

Mini reports on individual customers to see how often they have been using their passes.

Tracking Individual Customer Activity

On the Customer screen, there is a tab called Pass Activity.

Select Report Time Period

This displays a popup with a number of date range selections to choose from. Select the time frame desired and the portal rows below will be updated with the Activity that occurred on this Customers pass or passes during this time period.

Resulting mini-report

1) Report Time Period selected
2) Date range, start and end dates
3) Portal rows of Activity that occured during this time period.
