PassTracker - How to Flag a Customer

Want to flag a customer, so anytime their record comes up in a search a message box is displayed?

Flagging a Customer

Click on the Notes tab, and enter the reason for flagging the Customer in the Customer Flagged field. If this field is empty, no note will be displayed on a search. Any text that is entered here will display when Staff searches on and finds that customer.

Enter Find mode, using the Find icon

Enter the Customer's Name
Click Find

Customer Flagged Warning Displays

The Customer Flagged note will be displayed on the Customer's record.
