PassTracker - Dual Gym Upgrade Procedure

Multi-gym setup, how to sell a pass that is good at more than one gym.

Customer - Make a New Sale

Selling a Dual Gym Upgrade Procedure, Originating Gym, Receiving Gym. Click on the Customer tab to create a new sale.

Add Items to Sale

Use standard approach, click on popup in Passes, select an Annual Pass and then click Add Item.

Add Dual Pass Upgrade item

Do the same with Dual Pass Upgrade.

Enter Payment Method

Click in Paid By and enter a payment method.

Print Upgrade Form

Click on small printer icon to the right of the line item.

Select Correct Printer

Ensure that the correct printer is selected and then click Print.

Receiving Gym Procedure

At the receiving gym, when presented with the Dual Pass Upgrade, enter the Customer's Information, taken a fresh photo. Then repeat the sales procedure. Generate an Annual Pass, but do not duplicate the Dual Gym Upgrade line item.

Select Dual Pass Upgrade as Payment Method

Final Step

Verify by telephone or email with the other gym that in fact, a Receipt was generated with the Receipt ID listed on the Dual Pass Upgrade form. Also ensure that the Member Name is matching.

The Customer will end up with two plastic passes, one for each gym. It is their responsibility to keep them both available and use the correct pass to scan themselves into the gym.
