PassTracker - Customer Referrals Entry and Summary Report

Often it is desireable to track where your customers are coming from. PassTracker allows you to tag your customers with a referral tag and then generate a report for your customers, as to where they came from.

From the Main Customer/Students screen

Click the New Customer record. You can also add tags by using the Edit button on existing customers.

Enter Customer Information

Note the Referrals tag field.

Enter a Referral Tag

If you wish to edit the Referral Types, click the Edit.. item at the bottom of the popup list.

Click OK to save changes.

Quick search

Command F or click the Find button at the top of the Students/Customers screen.

From the Quick Find click "Advanced Search"

In Advanced Search, click into the Referral Field

Enter a Search Criteria

>0 will find all tagged records. Enter a specific item to search on that tag.

Customer Referral Report

Your list of Customers will be sorted by the Type or Referral Tag. There is a count of each Tag type in the grey bar area.

To view different fields, you can also go to the Customizable List view.

On this layout all the fields are customizable through a popup menu at the top of each field column.

Customize Fields for Printing and Display

Click on the popup and select the field you wish to see displayed.
