Occassionally customers will attend classes without a pass. They will be purchasing a single session pass. Here is how to deal with it.
The steps are:
1) Enter the person's name.
2) No matching records come up. They pay for a one-time class
3) Click the 'One Time Pass' button next to the search field (the name must be typed in the field)
4) They show up at the top of the list as added, but with no bar code, instead it reads "One Time Pass" in the bar code field.
You will be prompted to confirm that this is an action you wish to take.
