PassTracker - Adding Customers from other Gyms
Quick way to add a client from another gym or location.
Query a Remote Gym
On the main Customers tab, go to the Notes sub tab and click on one of the Query Vancouver Database or query Coquitlam Database. These names may change depending on your location, for example, Vancouver should see Query Coquitlam and Query Richmond.
Password reminder screen
You will see the Password reminder screen. Followed by a login prompt. It is important NOT to click the 'remember my password' option.
Remote Query Screen
The remote query screen now has the name of the gym you are querying on it. Type in a name of someone you are searching for and click 'Continue'.
Query Result
Click the Add Customer
Depending on which gym you are at, click the Add Customer to Coquitlam, Richmond or Vancouver.
Customer added locally
You should see a prompt indicating that a Customer has been successfully added locally.
Review Import
The basic Customer information will have imported into your local database.
