Launch Backup from your Applications folder
Select the Backup item you want to restore from
Select Restore
1) make sure you are on the Restore Tab
2) click on the latest item in the Previous Backup. This is blank on my computer, but should appear with a list on your machine
3) Click the item 'Restore to an alternate location. This is to prevent overwritting your existing file. Select the Desktop to restore to.
